Litigation:
The firm represents the Northern Arapaho Tribe in Northern Arapaho Tribe, et al. v. United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, et al. (U.S. District Court, 2008) challenging HUD’s efforts to restrict federal funding for the Tribe’s Housing Authority based on new funding formulas not authorized by regulation.

The firm drafted and defended tribal authority to enact its housing code and to establish an independent housing authority on the Wind River Reservation, Wyoming (Shoshone Business Council v. Northern Arapaho Tribe, et al., U.S. District Court, 1996).

Regulation:
The firm offers code and regulation development and support for Tribal Housing Authorities.

Development:
The firm offers negotiation and drafting for construction, architect, loans, funding, and other development contracts and other transaction assistance.
