Litigation:

We represent minority candidates in Large, et al. v. Fremont County, et al. (U.S. District Court, pending) (filed pursuant to the Voting Rights Act, seeking equity for minority community by replacing at-large system with multi-district system of elections for county commissioners).

We represented the plaintiff in Pineda v. Judge Hall, et al. (U.S. District Court) (challenging State law enforcement authority on Federal Indian Reservation).
